Sphinx: Sphinx-1.5.3 release plan

Hello maintainers,

It's time to monthly release. I'd like to ship new stable version at this weekend.
There are a few issues on 1.5.3 milestone. Please check and fix them until this weekdays (if possible).

Please let me know if you have important or critical issues for the release.
I'll help you and consider postponement of the release.

We've added 3 new features and fixed 13 bugs since 1.5.2 release.

I'd released the package. But I have a trouble in upload translations.
So the release process is not finished yet.

From now on, I'm away from keyboard during 4-5 hours. After that, I'll continue the remaining work.

I feel v1.6 is becoming very good. Certainly, we're moving forward step by step.
