Spectre: navbar enhancements

Hi,

I've been experimenting with spectre for the past few days as an alternative to bootstrap and I love it. It's blazing fast.

I was wondering if you were already planning to add native support for navbar collapsing on small devices like bootstrap does or if you are leaving that to us. At the moment it's the only issue I've encountered.
