Spectacle: Spectacle : remove the icon from de menubar

Hello everybody, do you know how to remove de icon of "Spectacle" from the menu bar.
My mac turns with El Capitan. Thanks for your answers.

Open Spectacle preference window, click the arrow in the lower right corner, then choose „Run as background application“ 😃
