I'm missing something like
Like in Magnet
just press command + option + left arrow (⌘⌥⬅︎) or command + option + right arrow (⌘⌥➜) two times to get 2/3 and three times to get 1/3. Keep on pressing to cycle between 1/2, 2/3, and 1/3.
Thank you but i think there should be a more convenient way
it would be great to have @cachrisman 's comment reflected in the Menu Bar dropdown and the Preferences pane!
Is it possible to move the window to the middle third position (vertically) with a shortcut? This would be super helpful for people who have one monitor in portrait mode. Currently need to use cmd + option + ↓ until it's the bottom third of the screen and then click and drag it to the middle third.

These would be great to documented somewhere (and possibly make it more obvious in the menu command)

@mikeymurph77 Have you tried command + option + left arrow (⌘⌥⬅︎) (or command + option + right arrow (⌘⌥➜)) three times to get 1/3rd, then command + option + c (⌘⌥C) to get it to the middle 1/3rd? It's not as nice as a direct shortcut, but still slightly easier than dragging.
@jeanfw that works nicely! Thx
Perfect, just what I was looking for. Too bad it's not reflected in the menu.
Are there any other 'hidden' keystrokes to try as well?
just press command + option + left arrow (⌘⌥←) or command + option + right arrow (⌘⌥➜) two times to get 2/3 and three times to get 1/3. Keep on pressing to cycle between 1/2, 2/3, and 1/3.
Note for future self: the shortcut is not necessarily ⌘⌥← / ⌘⌥➜ but rather whatever you assigned to "Left Half" / "Right Half".
