Spacex-api: Starlink 16 update info

Booster will be B1058 and this will be its fifth flight. It will be an ASDS flight profile, albeit ASDS is not still set.

Please don't close this issue until launch is completed so it's possible to have all corrections under only one topic.

JRTI has departed. Not know by who is towed. Tug Hawk is towing. Downrange is 633 km.
