Sortable: Sorting <tr> doesnt work on touch devices

Sorting <tr> in a <tbody> works well on desktop devices, though not on mobile devices.
If i change to a <ul> it works on again.

The draggable="true" property is applied, and the element can be moved on mobile, yet the re-ordering doesn't happen.

any ideas?
