Sormas-project: "new document" button in events overlaps with box in some languages

Bug Description

Longer translations for the new document button in events leads to button exceeding the edge of the documents box.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to any event (documents must be configured).
2. Check different language settings.

Expected Behavior

button stays inside the documents box.
