Sormas-project: Quarantine order refinement [2]

Feature Description

Users need to know if the official quarantine order document was sent and when. The proposed design will be applicable to all the countries, for now only Germany and Swiss and i ask other if they need it also.

-Based on the German instance, the only variable to be added is "means of order" with options, verbally, email, unknown

• Back-end variables can be renamed accordingly and the rest handled with translations

• I know a public health office in Germany where the quarantine order is sent as a letter in case the patient has no email.

• Further, in some states of Germany, the order is sent to another official agency ("local police") which then forwards the order to the final recipient.

Maybe add letter and official third-party as option to means of order?

I'd suggest to show the free text also when "official third-party" is selected.

@ChristopherRiedel I did not followup on that, but i think it is good to add "other" and also free text after "official third-party"option as Martin suggested

@bernardsilenou I guess "Quarantine ordered by official document sent" should only be displayed when "Official letter" or "Official third party" is chosen as the means of order? What will users do with the new concept when the quarantine is first ordered verbally and then by an official document? Will means of order still be "verbally" or will they update it with "official letter"?

@markusmann-vg According to Gabriele, this issue is not important right now because it wasn't requested by German or Swiss authorities. That's why I put it back in the overall backlog.

For the Swiss form

• the caption/translation for the existing boxes will be changed.
  For the cases: Box 1: Isolation mündlich angeordnet; Box 2: Isolation per Mail/per Brief angeordnet;
  For the contacts: Box 1: Quarantäne mündlich angeordnet; Box 2: Quarantäne per Mail/per Brief angeordnet
• an additional box 3: For cases: Verfügung zur Isolation per Brief verschickt; for contact: Verfügng zur Quarantäne per Brief verschickt.
