Sonarr: Move series via UI

This would be very valuable as shows are finished and can be moved to secondary storage to free up space on the primary disk.

I also want this. Mainly because I have 2 different libraries in Plex, one children, one parent. Would love the option as I add new shows to actually move them to the children library.

Mainly helpful for new shows.

If you have Plex Pass, you can restrict access by rating and tags

Series are getting bigger especially with 2160p coming so this will be great for the future.
There is multiple usage for this:

• low powered machine + file-server (when you move finished series to server)
• reorganizing your HDDs
• expanding to larger HDDs (it is a problem to have 20 HDDs)
• can't know how long series will be, few series can go over your HDD limitation and then you must rearrange (example - Simpsons 30 seasons)
  
  
  
  • can't know how future releases will be big (example - Star Trek TNG 1.2 TB)

Also if you are like me and have one folder för shows i want to see right away when a new EP comes and one folder to add series to see if you like em. And if I like it I want to place it in the "see right away" catalogue :)

Please set some priority on this one :)

Currently I'm doing this process manually but would be awesome if sonarr was capable of doing this

I have a disk that holds series I watch then delete, which is where any new series starts out.
I've another disk that holds my long term collection.
When I watch a new show and it turns out ot be worthy of going in the collection, I move its files and change its path manually. Known good shows go straight to the collection.

@fent Thanks for info on Plex Labels. I knew about Ratings, but I don't always agree with some ratings, so the control there didn't feel exact enough. Labels should do the trick!

Having 500+ shows in Sonarr this is one of the most important features I would like to see implemented.
If it had this ability, I would put all my shows into Sonarr (1000+).

Would also work if it was possible to have all series in one folder and have sonarr mange like "hardlinks" or something into different folders so plex still sees it att folders.

And then just move hardlinks around in sonarr

Hit edit on the show you want to change, and change the path.
You'll be asked if you want to move the files yourself or not once you click save.
