Hi there,
I like snowpack, but don't like really the way you handle the community.
Also,
The first time I used snowpack, I found several bugs. The first bug I reported was https://github.com/pikapkg/snowpack/issues/362, but it was closed after being moved to your discuss forum. Nothing was done nor acknowledged despite very easy reproduction (just try to import any file name 'a.b.c.ts' and see what happens) and a code sample given.
You even disabled feedback on this post redirecting people to discuss which is not great IMO.

So I think I won't be contributing for now.
Snowpack is very interesting, but the current implementation is quite buggy / immature:
I feel like the lack of issue reporting is related to your issue tracker decision.
I hope you will reconsider your custom issue tracker forum thing to keep everything on github, so more contributors will jump in to help this great project grow and mature.
I also had the same thoughts and posted it in their our discussion channel. https://www.pika.dev/npm/snowpack/discuss/503
I'm looking forward to understanding their motivation for an alternative issue tracker.
I think they are doing more harm than good moving away from GitHub.
I'm sorry that you find it frustrating. If it helps, we're waiting for GitHub Discussions to reach a public beta and will then be switching over to that ASAP. /cc @gr2m do you know anyone at GH who could help us get access? Happy to provide feedback.
In the meantime, please know that our current workflow does offer value over GH alone:
I'll be the first one to admit that it's not perfect! But, it works for us for now as a stopgap until we get access to GH Discussions. I appreciate your patience until then.
