Snipe-it: [Feature Request] Bulk checkout of accessories

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It is frustrating to have to manually assign 50 accessories one by one.

Describe the solution you'd like
A check box or tag-like system to assign multiple accessories at once. Essentially turn this into a a multi-value field:

Allowing assignment of accessory from the Users page, with a Bulk Assignment option.

Add a list of item expansion to the Accessories page. What I essentially mean is to click an arrow that makes number of rows appear for the remaining available quantity of the item, and each one has a drop down for user selection for checking out.

I would also like to be able to checkout multiple accessories / consumables. I created a similar feature request here - #7348 - to add a quantity input box, giving the option to checkout multiple quantities of the same accessory / consumable.
