Snipe-it: error:Opening My license directory list while accessing license on dashboard.

When opening a license link on dashboard it automatically opens the directory of licenses which is the folder of xampp folder under licences.

What method you used to install Snipe-IT (install.sh, manual installation, docker, etc)
Manual installation

What specific Snipe-IT page you're on, and what specific element you're interacting with to trigger the error
