Simplenote-electron: Very large notes do not sync

When a note is above 80,000 words the sync for that note fails.

Reproduced

1. Open up note pad
2. Grab some lorem ipsum
3. Copy and past it so that the word count is above 80,000 words
4. Paste into a new Simplenote note
5. Visit in another tab or other platform to see if note sync'd
6. Observe note not sync'd

Related Issue: User noticed significant lag while typing in notes.

Yesterday I started typing and counted nearly 5 seconds before I saw what I was typically actually appear. It generally then all catches up several letters at once, but then when I start typing again the lag comes right back

After further testing on a web browser, where the issue was repeated, the user realized this is happening in larger notes only.

the lag is associated only with the larger notes in my account. Specifically, the two notes where the lag was most noticable to me were about 68KB and 110KB each.
