With this (1.1.1.1) enabled, it takes some time for the voice to get stable, else the recipient is able to hear Me clearly from the beginning but His voice is like strings at first for Me for some seconds then it's stable. This is the situation only when connected to 1.1.1.1 app.
But, without the app it's completely not working at all.

Anyone, Please, Help Us.
This is normal behavior with a bad internet connection.
What happens when you try calling again?
Is this the same at all times of the day?
Is this the same regardless whether you are using wi-fi or Cell data?
What is the status of the person being called? Do they have good internet connection? Are they on wi-fi or Cell data.
Do you have this problem with multiple people?

Anything changed from Signal v4.68.8's RingRTC version to 4.69.xx & 4.72.xx ?
Probably thats causing some issue. I've rechecked with v4.68.8 & it's working Perfect without issues for Voice Call.
Hi there, our calling team took a look at your logs, and it's looking largely like typical network noise. However, if going back to an older version fixes it, I'll let them know that and see if it gives them any ideas.

Does DNS Rebinding cause this network noise issue ?
I'm assuming Our ISP (Ooredoo Qatar) has Enabled DNS Rebinding. Could it be ?
it's looking largely like typical network noise.
@greyson-signal @jim-signal
Do not know about if it is this, but using AdGuard VPN (usually using adguard) or any other VPN it's working perfectly fine.
