Signal-android: Incorrect delivery confirmation in groups

I created a group. When I sent a message, the message delivery confirmed icon (tick in a box) appeared next to my sent message. But one of the group members did not receive the message. So I got an incorrect message delivery confirmation.

@moxie0 I believe that it is more intuitive when the delivery is displayed when _all_ members have received the message.

It displays delivery if any members have received the message.
