Signal-android: Signal Not At All Working Since 2-3 days !!

Bug description

I've No Idea, Why Signal's Network has Stopped working for Me, but with My Uncle's Device I've tried sending a Message, a tick mark is shown properly.

Steps to reproduce

• using hyphens as bullet points
• list the steps
• that reproduce the bug

Actual result: Describe here what happens after you run the steps above (i.e. the buggy behaviour)
Expected result: Describe here what should happen after you run the steps above (i.e. what would be the correct behaviour)

Closing as dupe of #8736. The version with the fix is still rolling out, but if you want it faster, you can join the beta.

Greyson, I reside in India, as of v4.37.2 universal website release (I use only this, as I Never Install GApps at all while in Custom Roms!) it's Perfect without any isuues.
