I have the same problem here, Signal 4.11.5 on Android and on desktop. Cannot send messages and not receiving any new messages. Started at around 18:18 GMT.

ditto, been messaging around and no dice.
occasionally a message will get through after ~half an hour ish but still says it didn't send.

I can send messages on android but still can't use signal desktop

@JustPassingByHere Better talk to management ;) The logs show EOF exceptions being thrown, but that could be caused by the server not responding to a new connection request, or sending back corrupted data, or..

Gotta love single points of failure!

Last time was the 17th of march this year, so it is a rather rare occurrence.
