Sickchill: Allow adding show even when it has no episodes yet

Currently when adding a show that has not season or episode information yet on theTVDB. It gives he following error and doesn't add the show.

This means I have to remember to add the show again later when it does have that info. I prefer to use the set-up and forget method. Since the show is on theTVDB it should add the show and check for episode info later (like it does for any show). Not sure why it matters that it doesn't have episode info yet, it will in the future.

No, it should not add that show, as its missing critical data.(season/air-date etc.) As that would course a lot of errors in case it was added to Sickrage.

The person who created the show on thetvdb should have added a air-date/season etc.
But you can do that yourself if you have the shows details. Just need to register an account there.
