Sharex: Option to upload mp4 to Imgur, Because screen recording makes gifs 200mb big...

Add the option to upload mp4 to imgur, it works through the site, but not with sharex, What sharex does it counts it as a file and uploads it to a file hoster instead..

Imgur API not supports mp4 uploads.

@Jaex but it supports it though the site ? Thats a bummer. Is there any way to get auto uploads from sharex with avoiding the HUGE Gif Sizes ?

No way to avoid big gif size unless you record small region.

You could try to shrink the filesize by using e.g. imagemagick or other tools (-> google).
I do that with my png files before uploading them to my host (not that I don't have the space or bad upload speed)

@MAGICCC no reason to do that ill rather capture at mp4 and open my browser and upload to imgur, but found even better way, capture mp4 and upload to gifycat instead, i just wished video files and files were separate since now i lose my ability to upload normal files to my mega account @Jaex

You could use Task Settings -> Upload -> Uploader filters. Never used it tho, but it looks like that you want to use it!

Is it going to be added as a file uploader to destinations list? I would like to send videos like everything else by RMB -> Send to -> ShareX.

+1 to adding it to file uploader - I can't upload MP4s I create using the screen recording directly to imgur because of this.
