Sharex: Region Capture Toolbar alternative

Is there anyway we could get an option to re-enable the old way of using the Region Capture options by right clicking? I find I'm doing much more mouse movement each time I want to pixelate/blur an area this time.

There is no way. Keeping both way would be alot of codes and difficulties, so right click menu codes not there anymore and I'm not planning to re add it.
