Shadowsocks-android: v5.1.3 not connectable on Android 11 beta with simple-obfs

Describe the bug
5.1.3 not connectable to remote server on Android 11 beta with simple-obfs, whereas 5.1.2 works fine with identical configuration.

Same for Android 10 with v2ray-plugin

It's expected. simple-obfs has been deprecated for years, try the latest v2ray-plugin 1.3.3 instead.
