Shaarli: Upgrade / Install to 0.10

Trying fresh install & upgrade, both get

yarn install
ERROR: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'install'
Makefile:162: recipe for target 'frontend_dependencies' failed
make: * [frontend_dependencies] Error 1

If I try to get beyond it the best I can do is a page loading with no css or anything which throws an error related to a missing js file.

Was doing an upgrade from .97 to .10, but I also tried fresh. Debian 9.5

How did you install Shaarli? From the Git sources, a Git tarball or a release archive?

We provide full release archives that contain all dependencies needed to run Shaarli:
