We are aware of the issue and are working on resolving. However, it may be early next week before the CRAN team has a chance to review the submission. In the mean time if you need to install Seurat, please try running the following command:

Apologies for the inconvenience.

Seurat has been re-accepted by CRAN. It may take a while before you see Seurat in your CRAN mirror of choice; please be patient while the CRAN mirrors get in sync with CRAN itself. In addition, binaries for Seurat also need to be built for Windows and macOS, so you may only have the option to install from source for a little while.
