Server: NC 18 Broken layout

[GAS85]

Steps to reproduce

1. Do update from e.g. 17.0.4 to 18.0.3
2. Open UI
3. See that some parts of Layout are broken
   

Expected behaviour

As before in NC 17 layout stays stable

Sorry, this is with Firefox 74 under Win 10.

I did test under Ubuntu 18.04 with Firefox 74 and there is only problem with "share", File name is not cut:

Also as you see on a first screenshot I have a mix of Russian and German (Vor 14 Tagen). My Nextcloud account is set to use Russian, but my Browser has German as preferred:

I have a mix of languages in a File App:

You see that Orange is English, Red is German and Green is Russian... What a mix 💃

In Activity App I have also German:

It seems that some translations for russian are missing. Please join https://www.transifex.com/nextcloud/nextcloud/ to help with translations.

I recall that's a issue with moment.js (a library used by nextcloud). https://github.com/nextcloud/server/pull/14784 if you are interested into the discussion. moment.js will show the dates in the locale detected by the browser.
