@timm2k Not yet. It was working before - without any changes to my PHP config. Is there any reason why 1/2GiB is now the 'recommended' amount of RAM? If all my PHP-FPM processes used that much, I'd be out of RAM in no time.

I am having the same problem on 14.0.3 official.

As well, I do not have the warning about PHP memory limit, so that warning (in OP) is unrelated.

It problem began after the most recent upgrade from 14.0.1 to 14.0.3, although just after installation I
was able to run "occ upgrade" and it ran properly.

When ./occ fails with the same error I would try it.
