Server: Adding folder to favorites doesn't update the quick access list

Steps to reproduce

1. Unfold the favorites section in the left sidebar
2. Add a folder to favorites

Expected behaviour

The folder should appear in the quick access list in the app navigation

Actual behaviour

Nothing happens

When removing a favorite, the link in the navigation gets removed properly.
