I still vote against #10030 in favor of people with RTL languages being able to have mixed names

10444 small change and merged it already

10430 should be fixed as it is rendering nextcloud useless for people with activated encryption.

The fix itself is trivial but i will leave it up to the team to check if theres a bigger issue behind this.
