Server: Make a Beta Release

@ronag An announcement at CasparCG forum has been done and I think we now have a CasparCG 2.2.0 Beta released for the community.

Should we do a release here at GitHub as well? Otherwise this issue can be closed.

please make a github release as well, I personally see the forum as more of community thing

I'll do that! Is it enough for you just to tag current rev. or should I make a branch? What do you prefer? I think it's more appropriate to tag current rev. and create a stable branch (v.2.2.0-stable) when we're at that stage.

no branch required, you can do a pre-release, we'll branch it to 2.2.0-release when we do a stable release.
