Server: [Self Hosted] Unhandled server error when creating user

Installed on ubuntu 16.04 64 bit with 4Gb of RAM.
Domain name is set.
Self signed ssl (not let's encrypt).

Installed according to instructions https://help.bitwarden.com/article/install-on-premise

When trying to create user through the UI I get error:

Errors have occurred
An unhandled server error has occurred.

I ran "./bitwarden.sh update" and "./bitwarden.sh restart". Worked out for me. Was able to create a user. Thanks a lot for assistance.

Looks like something went wrong during your install. I'd recommend deleting everything and start over fresh. You have the wrong database password.

BTW, are you on a mac? You may need to delete the mssql volume when starting over if so.

Hi Iam facing the same issue
Below is the cmd i used to create docker service as the external database ec2 instance is in docker swarm network.
"/home/ec2-user/efs" is the common efs volume shared between the external database where vault is to be created.

Nevermind, I figured it out. The server I used to install bitwarden doesn't meet the requirements.
When I retried on another server of mine, it worked
