Mmmm shouldn't it contains the ip? And a link to contact your admin or something? Like if you didn't request it you might want to report that somebody is trying to access your account...

But do we really want to put that in the body copy? It's a mighty lot of text for a simple password reset. The button should be one of the first elements because it's fine for the majority of cases.

That extra info text is for the edgecases where malicious stuff is done, so it can be smaller / grey and further down.
