In terms of the project, I generally tag all approved features with a milestone that can help users gauge when enhancements will be added.
In terms of overarching community features like a theming marketplace, custom ui, etc. This will all have to wait until the project has some sort of long term funding. Currently I'm moving at a bandwidth of one, and the most pressing thing for me is the advancement of the open source library.

What about general marketing? If you posted what needs to be done in terms of marketing and spreading the word - some of us could help.
