No plans on having any plugin that takes over scroll. I do want to have a plugin like nanoscroller though

Well, I'm more interested in automated navigation of in-page link scrolling.
What method do you use on semantic-ui.com? $().animate(scrollTop) ?

Unnecessary imo, this is a set of reusable components, not an all-in-one solution.
