Semantic-ui: Placeholders cause high CPU usage

Using the Placeholder component causes high CPU usage.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to https://semantic-ui.com/elements/placeholder.html
  2. Open Performance monitor in Chrome DevTools and check CPU usage

I've noticed that loading indicators (in segments specifically) do it too, I think it's because the page is re-rendering so much content at a high frequency.
