In Chrome, Modals close on Mouse up outside the Modal
When a modal is open, if the mouse is clicked inside the modal but released outside the modal (e.g. can happen when marking text but moving the mouse too far), the modal closes in Chrome. Firefox does not have this issue.

Steps
1) Open a Modal
2) Click the left mouse button inside the modal (but do not release it)
3) release the mouse button outside the modal

Expected Result
The modal does not close

Actual Result
The modal closes in Chrome, IE and Safari not tested yet.

Version
2.3.1

Confirmed Bug

I see there are lots of bugfixes and enhancements since v2.4.2. I think it's time to move on with Fomantic.

Can you create a JSFiddle to replicate the issue?

Hi, just use chrome, go to https://semantic-ui.com/modules/modal.html, open the first modal and try it with it.
Sorry, tried to create a JSFiddle but cant make it work.

@lubber-de Isn't Semantic still maintained? Should we use Fomantic from now on?

What i can tell atm: Fomantic-UI is actively maintained with v2.7.5 just around the corner containing another 50+ Bugfixes and enhancements

What you "should" use is of course a decision on your own. 馃槈
