I followed the instruction on Usage section.
1) Installed Semantic-UI-React yarn add semantic-ui-react
2) yarn add semantic-ui --dev for custom theming.

Expected Result

Complete step 2) without looping

Yarn doesn't support installs in interactive mode, use npm for first installation of Semantic-UI. I don't recommend to pair the main semantic-ui package with SUIR, semantic-ui-css or semantic-ui-less is more preferable solution.
