Hm, no I do not. Thank you for asking though. I would suggest a link to the documentation, if the journal allows that.
I think there's a matplotlib publication though, you could consider citing that as really all the hard work is in their code!

@weiHelloWorld you should point to Seaborn 0.8.1 at Zenodo. At the bottom right on that page in the "Export" section you'll find a link to a Bibtex entry.
