Scylla: Provide Scylla Helm Charts to support Kubernetes installations

For deployments using Kubernetes it will be easier for the end user to deploy Scylla using Helm.

Hi, I'm busy producing a chart for skylladb -- maybe we can share. I plan to:

  • allow for internal only AND public access to the nodes
  • allow for standard values overrides (so this can be a subchart)
