Scryer-prolog: State of Docker image

@panasenco kindly provided a Docker image in #517 , which was however later reverted in #536 because it did not yet work.

To install Scryer Prolog on Windows, the Docker image seems ideal.

Could you please consider providing the image? Maybe a 2-stage approach is needed, first the patch without the documentation to bootstrap the image, and then later add the documentation to the README, when the image can be installed?
