- It was working fine before last update of my phone, two days ago I got an update and after that the the stop working.
- All command runs well but the mirroring window doesn't opens.
- I tried with my second phone (realme 3 ) and it work on that

In a separate terminal, execute adb logcat.
Then start scrcpy while adb logcat is running. Are there relevant error messages?

I didn't understand it 100% but it typed adb logcat in one cmd window then may lines were written with time I really don't understand meaning of that lines
And then I start scrcpy and I didn't notice anything

adb logcat -c to clean the logcat history.
Then adb logcat, start _scrcpy_, and copy paste the content here.

Oh, that's a problem with their "dark mode manager". There is a similar problem on Meizu (#240).

Hey Romain, glad its working again!!! Thanks was able to download and run successfully. I had made dark mode option off earlier. It ran perfectly. And even worked well with dark mode on. Just for info: I am using platform tools. I replaced the files from new version of scrcpy(v1.10) to platform tools. Replaced the scrcpy-server.jar to the latest one shared by @rom1v .. And its working smoothly now...

Yes, it works either way... I had a cmd shortcut linked up to point adb in plat form tools, so I directly copied all files there..

Is it lagging also on your other device, or is it only this one since the update?
Is your computer CPU at 100%?
If you record:
scrcpy --record file.mkv
then play the file (with VLC for example), does it lag?
If you reduce the definition, does it still lag?
scrcpy -m 1920
scrcpy -m 1024
I didn't tried anything but now it's not lagging only the first match I recorded was lagging, but when I run in game it lose the clearity, and I am recording my Android audio to my PC through aux and I am experiencing some beep and noise any solution for that?

However, I still don't understand why the exception does not make the adb connection stop and terminate scrcpy (instead of deadlocking). If I manually throw a RuntimeException from there, everything is stopped as expected. Any idea someone?

- It was working fine before last update of my phone, two days ago I got an update and after that the the stop working.
- All command runs well but the mirroring window doesn't opens.
- I tried with my second phone (realme 3 ) and it work on that
after latest updation of my realme 3 pro the same problem for scrcpy. Previously it was working fine in the same phone. In my other phones, no problem on scrcpy.

plz someone help me i am using realme 2 device . when i try to mirror my screen with scrcpy it detects my phone but mirroring window doesnt shows up. i tried same with samsung and it worked .

Hi! I also have the same "non-showing problem". I have an Onyx Boox Max 3 with Android version 9 and firmware version 2020-07-14_10-48_2.3.1_8b53f3f and I have tried different versions of scrcpy (v1.10, v1.12 and v1.16), though I cannot see anything in the computer screen. I have no clue about what is happening. Although I cannot get any image in the computer screen, I can send some commands to the E-ink tablet. For instance, I tried to switch off the tablet screen using "scrcpy -S" and it worked (although it rotated the screen 90潞).

Hey Romain, glad its working again!!! Thanks was able to download and run successfully. I had made dark mode option off earlier. It ran perfectly. And even worked well with dark mode on. Attached log for your ref. Kindly let me know, if I have to make any further changes or I can use this scrcpy-server.jar
