Sanic: Documentation is still 0.7.0

The documentation is still 0.7.0
So there is some new features from 0.8.0 not covered in the docs.

Recently the sanic repository was moved into an organization as a first step towards cleaning up some things, including documentation and changelogs. I agree that both of these are important; hopefully going into the future these will be given more importance.

I'm working on updating the changelog... docs are going to take longer because there are 9 months of merges to go through.

I think this should be ok with #1377 getting merged.
