Rusoto: Cutting Rusoto 0.42.0 release

It's been a month since our last release so it's about time for a new one! 🎉

Any open PRs we need to have in the upcoming release?

I'd also like to have another maintainer make the release in order to work out any issues around permissions. A second option is to have other maintainers do a ride-along via Hangouts as I cut the release so they can see how I do it, in prep for them doing releases themselves. 😄

Nothing _needed_ on my end I'd say, I was waiting for the final CI checks to pass on a current PR of mine but not important. I'm currently available for a hangouts to go through it.

Ah, let me clarify the timeline: I'm thinking within a week or so in order to fit everyone's schedule. 😄

No, but I'd like to make async/await support a priority for 0.43.0. 👍
