changing settings won't help.

i've found out that rtorrent needs ipv6 kernel module

This looks like a duplicate of #554. Try changing the port range in your config to be more than one port.

Same issue here, tried multiple port ranges (and single port).

Always get the same error on ubuntu 16.04
