Infamous 2 shows weird color transfering to objects and the shadows are incorrectly rendered.

Some objects seem to be changing color as the player walks or moves the camera around. From what I understood, it captures a single pixel from the bottom right of the screen and transfers the colors to these objects. The same occurs on OpenGL, the following are from Vulkan.

Shadow Issue (Fixed in #8367)
The other issue are the shadows being incorrectly displayed, easily seen on the character's face.

Just to keep the issue status updated.
The weird color change still persists. I've also changed my 1070 to a 3080, no new bugs were introduced.
