Rpcs3: Could the RPCS3 work with XMB like a PS3 ?

I saw a picture just now that the 0.0.5-7501 could open XMB.is it could work just like a PS3?(Like PSV work like PSP in adrenaline)and how could it work with the CFW rebug or regero?
