Rpcs3: Option to Disable “Compiling Shaders..” messages

The new message is useful for telling the player why the freezes at certain time..

But the message ruined the experience when you just want to play the game for enjoyment rather than debugging, it is really distracting and takes the immersion out of the game...

Imagine having a trophy that pop ups every 5 seconds..

I haven’t even played rpcs3 for months now because my eyes would go to the bottom left corner instead of the game itself..

A checkbox to disable the message would be awesome.
