Roslyn: Compiler code is not updated when Syntax.xml or BoundNodes.xml are changed

And there are no comments in those files giving instructions on what to do when you edit them.

(you have to run build\scripts\generate-compiler-code.cmd)

There do not appear to be corresponding scripts to permit building (from source) on Linux.

Could we also have a wiki page / documentation on the grammar used in them? So that if implementing new nodes, what is expected. As is is (for me) a bit of trial and error, suck it and see experimentation to get something to at least build and compile.
