Roslyn: C# Interactive shortcut Alt+UpArrow doesn't appear to work in VS 2017 15.1

Type 1 and Enter into the C# Interactive Window to create a history item. Press Alt-UpArrow. It does nothing but it should repeat the item according to #help.

Before testing this I disabled all extensions that seemed relevant. It does not seem that those keyboard shortcuts can be reconfigured so that would not be relevant either.

This issue was kind of resolved previously but I still find this bug to be present.

This doesn't work for me either. No Resharper installed.

With my VS 15.1 install, I can...

Type var x = 5; and .
Type a few other lines of code.
If I press Alt-Up or Alt-Down, it will cycle through my lines of code. This is expected.
If I type var x and press Ctrl+Alt+Up, it does not cycle to the line of code that started with similar entry. This is unexpected.

I have ReSharper installed and was not disabled. I have not tried with it disabled yet.

I noticed in the Environment Keyboard section, I have nothing assigned to Ctrl+Alt+Up. Alt+Up is assigned to Format.SpaceDown.

The shortcuts are hard-coded so I expect them to always work.

This doesn't work for me either. No Resharper installed.

I just solved this by creating two new Keyboard shortcuts for InteractiveConsole.HistoryPrevious and InteractiveConsole.HistoryNext, "using new shorcut in" Interactive Window
