Rocket. Chat federation is disabled so I don't expect to see my logs being flooded with Federation messages

I know @alansikora is doing some improvements to this "area"..
@alansikora please try to understand what is causing this and try to mitigate it on the refactor you're working on. thx

That is an issue on the federation dashboard @reetp, it should not hurt, but surely should not be there.
