2. unzip file
3. open "Robomongo.exe" file

Thanks for reporting the issue. Can you specify your local OS version, we are unable to reproduce this problem. Any system specific information will help us to understand/reproduce and solve the problem.

Please also try new Robomongo RC10 which comes with SSL:

Very sorry for the delay, we are also using Windows 7 Ultimate but cannot reproduce.
I see also MacMini and Apple names in your error. Are you using virtual machine or something similar? Please tell use more about your system that can help us to reproduce the issue.
