Rnaseq: citation?

Dear all,

a colleague here at the medical school has used the pipeline successfully and now needs a citation. Should we cite this github repo URL or have there been efforts made to put it on zenodo, where (I believe) you can get a citable DOI for software/data.

I personally think it wouldn't harm if we add Zenodo DOIs for citing the pipelines in nf-core.

Process is as follows:

a.) Link Zenodo with the repository.
b.) Once there is a release, it automatically generates DOI that can be used to cite a respective release.

I enabled it for all nf-core pipelines, once we have a release we can use this and add a citation badge to each README.

General agreement was to have a citable DOI by Zenodo once the remaining issues have been addressed soon.

once #65 is merged in, there is a DOI for citing the pipeline (for now).

New DOI for release v1.0 of nf-core/rnaseq is... (drum roll please)... 10.5281/zenodo.1400711

If you're able to reference the nf-core website (http://nf-co.re/) and/or the GitHub URL that would also be excellent.

Finally, work on a more traditional manuscript for the nf-core project will begin in earnest soon...
